Nestled in the fringes of Potong Pasir and the up-and-coming Bidadari town, Park Colonial is just a few minutes away from the central business district.
Getting about: Besides the convenience of having an MRT station right at its doorstep, the condominium is also situated close to major expressways such as the PIE and CTE. Buses located just outside the property reach all areas of Singapore including places like Hougang, Ang Mo Kio, Shenton Way, Geylang, Clementi and East Coast.
Shopping and food: Nearby malls include The Venue Shoppes (15 mins walk) as well as NEX (20 mins walk) located next to Serangoon MRT. The yet-to-be-built Market Square, set to be beside Woodleigh MRT, will also consist of community and commercial facilities.
